2、the key technology of LED lighting design

4、Dissipate heat design
In the high-power LED, the Dissipate heat is a big problem. For example, a 10W white LED if its lighting – electric conversion efficiency of 20%, there 8W electric energy is converted into heat energy, if not add heat – dispose measures, the power LED is the rapid rise in core temperature, when the junction temperature (TJ) temperature rise exceeds the maximum (usually 150 ℃), high power LED will be damaged due to overheating. Therefore, thermal design is our most important work, below we respectively from two aspects of the aluminum substrate and radiator combination, to investigate the thermal design.radiator is to absorb the heat sink substrate or chip pass over the heat, then diverge into the external environment, to ensure the normal temperature of the LED chip.
