Soldering by soldering iron:the temperature of soldering iron no more than 300℃,the welding time no more than three second, The surface of led should be at least two millimeter higher than the position of the welding location.

Wave soldering: compatible with lead free soldering.the temperature of soldering iron no more than 260℃,
the welding time no more than five second, The surface of led should be at least two millimeter higher than the position of the dip soldering location.
