The PWM Frequency must be more than 100HZ . this value should be greater or equal to 100 Hz can be easily accepted by human eyes. in here Have a purpose and success criteria for this PWM technology .The light bright of LED is proportional to the duty cycle of pulse .the current of PWM can not be adjusted too low. otherwise, the led color will lead to discolour .
