led factors method
A typical led application of three elements.
1、led Cleaning ,
We are need to handle these clean led with chemical. because Some chemical may have a bad reaction to those led and the chemical may cause slight discoloration, they include trichloroethylene (trichloroethylene) and acetone.dipping and ethanol alcohol are ideal cleaning methods.and don’t exceed 3 second under common temperature.
2、led over-current protection
Another considerations for using led:limiting the use of one type over-current protection circuit to limit output current,and by changing the size of the current sampling resistor to regulate the size of current-limiting value.
The calculating formulas are gived:R=(VCC-VF)/IF
VCC as power voltage, VF as work voltage of led , IF as work currently of led
3、welding conditionas
Soldering condition has great effect on the performance of led module.
Soldering by soldering iron:the temperature of soldering iron no more than 300℃,the welding time no more than three second, The surface of led should be at least two millimeter higher than the position of the welding location.
Wave soldering: compatible with lead free soldering.the temperature of soldering iron no more than 260℃,
the welding time no more than five second, The surface of led should be at least two millimeter higher than the position of the dip soldering location.
