How to select the high power LED and LED light source?
High power led lamp beads and led light source selection method should be from about 9 aspect to analyze:

1, LED brightness
LED brightness is different, the price will be different.Spotlight: General brightness 60-70lm;
Bulbs: general brightness 80-90lm.

Note: the 1W brightness has 60～110 lm, 3W brightness can up to a maximum of 240 lm, 5W-300W is integrated led chip, using series parallel connection to contain a new led integrated chip (package), mainly to check  how much current, voltage, and may be connected in parallel, series, or any combination thereof.
1W red light brightness is 30～40 lm in generally;
1W green light brightness is generally 60～80 lm;
1W yellow light brightness is generally 30～50 lm;
1W Blue ray brightness has 20～30 lm in generally;
LED lens: a lens with the general PMMA, PC, optical glass, silica gel (soft silica gel, hard materials such as silica gel).the angle bigger is better  (the means light efficiency is high), with a LED lens small angle, light to shoot far.

2, Antistatic ability
Antistatic ability of LED, long life,so it’s higher prices. LED of Antistatic usually greater than 700V can be used for Decoration LED lighting.

3, The wavelength
The same wavelength LED, color consistency, such as the requirements of the color line, the high prices. No LED spectral separation device manufacturers is difficult to produce pure colors.White light is divided into warm color (color temperature 2700-4000K), white (color temperature 5500-6000K), cool white (color temperature above 7000K) Europeans prefer warm white.
Red: Band 600-680, 620, 630 which is mainly used for stage lights, 690 near-infrared
Blue-ray: the band 430-480, 460, 465 stage lights which use more.
Green: band 500-580, 525, 530 stage lights which use more.

4, Leakage current
LED is light as one-way conductive, if there is reverse current. it is called leakage, the leakage current of LEDis large, short service life, low price.

5, Light angle
LED light emission angle is not the same when Different uses. Special light-emitting angle, and higher prices.

6, Life(server time)
Different quality is the key to life, life is determined by the light fades. Small Light decay, long life,and high price.

7, LED chips
LED luminous body for the LED chip, different LED chips, prices vary widely. Japan, United States’LED chips is more expensive, Taiwan factory and China’s domestic LED manufacturers of LED chip prices lower than Japan and the US.
8, The chip size
The length of a side express the size of the chip, in generally the led chip size as:38-45mΩ, quality of big LED chip  is better than small LED chip.price  is proportional to its Chip size!

9, Colloids
LED ordinary colloidal generally epoxy resin, adds features（a UV LED and fire agents） more expensive, high-quality outdoor LED lighting should be proof-UV and proof-fire.
