ultraviolet light LED in communication technology

UV LED communication were used to wavelength as 200nm~280nm  (the band as short wave ultraviolet (UVC))to work .the Structure of wireless communication systems and radio systems UV is same . coding encoder waiting to send out, the signal would need loaded into the modulator,, the modulator’s excitation current changes with the signal changes, after that modulated data is send out by laser, as the corresponding laws values varying.
