Tests to show whether UV ink have been curing with UV led strip

A.  use color, tinting strength, fineness, fluidity and viscosity of the test method to get started .

C. There are two methods for the adhesion testing

① The draw circle test method is same with the printing ink.

② Using a metal tip (tip) marked “X” shape in the ink film, then use cellophane tape attached to the notch, and pull, check the ink film will be pulled away from the metal matrix.

If the ink film all scored basically is pulled off, It is poor adhesion. the if a small amount of ink film is pulled off,it was generally acceptable; if only a very small ink film is pulled off, it can as well; if the ink film that did not come off, it can be rated as excellent.
